Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent from Australia.

International deliveries (including the UK and EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees. As of July 2026, EU shipments may incur a small customs charge regardless of value. These fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient, and are usually collected by the courier before delivery.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping and original postage costs will be deducted from your refund.


Packaging & Handling

Each piece is carefully prepared to travel safely.

Larger works, including 24 x 36 canvases, are protected between rigid layers and packed in reinforced boxes to help prevent damage in transit.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your artwork to be securely packed before dispatch.


Insurance & Damaged Goods

Original artworks are sent with transit cover.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. To support a claim, you’ll need:

  • photos of the outer packaging before opening
  • photos of the artwork and any damage
  • all original packaging kept for inspection

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature and cost of shipping, returns for change of mind aren’t offered on international orders.
